Springbank Big Band

Springbank Big Band provides a supportive Calgary community forum in which participants learn, enjoy, and perform music from the big band, swing, and jazz.

SPRINGBANK BIG BAND was formed in 1998 with the goal of playing music from the magical era of big bands that peaked in the 1940's. Almost 20 years later, the band is stronger than ever, not in the least because of the fun the members have playing music together and performing for a variety of audiences.
