Ways to use up rotisserie chicken: chop, mix with favourite flavours and stuff into zucchini or bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. Here is BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken

Valentine's Day treat: Rhubarb crisp!
Although rhubarb is abundant in the summer, it freezes well or you can sometimes find it in the frozen section of the grocery store to enjoy it in the off season.

I'm not a huge fan of turnips but I thought I'd give them another try.
I mixed olive oil with Dijon mustard and thyme, sprinkled some parmesan and roasted so it got all crispy.

Seriously, one of the best dinners I had all week!
Sauteed shrimp and scallops (a bag of the mix was on sale and cheaper than a bag of just shrimp) and coleslaw.
I never post recipes but this mayo-less dressing is too good not to share!
1/4 cup of dill pickle juice
1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
1 teaspoon of sugar or 1 packet sweetener
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
