Calgary is contemplating a total blanket land-use rezoning to accommodate more affordable housing. The plan has some merit, however, allowing builders to build luxuries over 1800 square feet homes is not the answer. Redevelopment of existing zoned single-family homes should be prominently homes of the tiny home variety which would not drastically affect the character of current neighbourhoods as 4 large 3-storey buildings on one lot. https://webstamp.ca/
