Play with purpose ✨

We incorporate prone play to help build core strength, shoulder stability, and endurance. These foundational skills support posture, help little bodies stay engaged longer, and create a stable base for hands to explore, grasp, and create. It’s an easy and effective way to target multiple skills, beyond the activity itself.

Our spring session of Circle of Security begins on April 9th with free participation and free onsite childcare. This 8 week course is based on decades of attachment theory research that helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs to build a secure relationship.
