This patient underwent gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Lafreniere to address excess glandular tissue and improve overall chest contour.
Gynecomastia is a common condition characterized by the enlargement of male breast tissue. It may be influenced by hormonal factors, genetics, or weight fluctuations, and in many cases does not respond to diet or exercise alone.

Surgical treatment typically involves removal of glandular tissue, liposuction, or a combination of both to create a flatter, more defined chest profile. Careful surgical planning allows for results that are natural in appearance and proportionate to the patient’s anatomy.

These before & after results demonstrate improved contour and symmetry following treatment.
