Grand Design Floors

This is an amazing Engineered Hardwood, 9 1/2 inches wide by 86" long (assorted), 5/8th thick made by Kentwood. And price at only $4.00 a square foot. This one was off colored or miss colored at the mill so the color of this wood does not match the sample. 6000 square feet should be hitting the store this friday or monday and then another 7000 square feet around the 20th. There is variation to this wood and I do have one sample board at the store but once it arrives I will open a box up and post some of the boards together.

This is normally a very expensive wood and some boards are almost 7 1/2 feet long.

This was a high quality wood made by Provenza (First 5 pictures) that we installed in a high end house. It looks super nice on the floor, very rustic and just fits for the house. The basement was a Provenza vinyl that we supplied and installed and the color was Timber Wolf. It is so high quality and they do such a good job with it I don't know if you can tell the difference between the hardwood and the vinyl.

This is a nice install video on how to install the Biyork, Hydro 7, click SPC vinyl plank. Super simple and super easy. The higher quality vinyl planks usually have the better locking systems that are easier to install and hold better than the cheaper vinyl planks.

The picture below the customer did the install themselves but they bought the product from Grand Design Floors. This is a high quality Grandeur SPC click Vinyl with an attached underpad, looks just like wood when its down. In the picture it shows a little more brown but it does have a red tinge to it.

Installing new flooring in a house in a walnut color SPC vinyl plank. This is a high quality new model that came out from Biyork. It is the Hydro 8, color Mellow mist. It is 8mm thick with an underpad attached and its big, 9" x 72", 22mil wear layer, 100% waterproof. Once it gets finished I will put up some other pictures but I'm super happy with the walnut color and design of this plank it looks really sharp. It is so hard to find a walnut grained vinyl plank, it also has the new PILLOW bevel on the product as well.

Grand Design Floors has a special on a MADE IN CANADA 60oz Tryesse Carpet. We have two colors in stock at the store for a quick turn around in a nice grey and a nice beige. Want to give the house a great upgrade then this is it. We can install your carpet if needed as well. This is on special at $2.99 sq ft for the carpet.
