Update at Cafe Alchemist

On Thursday, a pipe burst and decided we all needed an indoor shower—it quite literally rained on us. We’ve been working hard to get back on our feet and are planning to reopen on Monday morning (fingers crossed), though it may be a bit later than usual.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our friends and partners at Brookfield Properties , our amazing landlord, who have gone above and beyond. Their teams were on-site immediately and worked tirelessly day and night, and even throughout the weekend, to help us recover. Their dedication and swift action are truly the reason we’re able to get back up and running so quickly.

A huge thank you to our incredible community—so many of you stopped by to check on us, and we truly wouldn’t be here without your care and support.

And finally, our staff deserve all the praise for working through the weekend to restock and prepare the cafe so we can welcome you back as soon as possible.

We can’t wait to serve you again!

We are excited to introduce our conservas selection, featuring a hand-picked assortment of tinned fish imported from Portugal, Spain, and other renowned locations. Complementing our conservas, we are also launching a selection of drinks, including sangria and more.
