Hands-on support in the treatment room can mean 2 different approaches.

First, a literal hands-on the body, trauma-informed, touch support. This is deeply nourishing to bodies that may not experience a lot of regulated contact with other bodies and can help to heal a wounded nervous system, allow space to notice your own body communicating with you, and developing boundaries. With touch support, we go at your pace.

The second hands-on support is my presence in each and every treatment. I am there to hold space and witness any and all manner of emotion, sensation, intention, and messy moment that arises.

We are on this journey together.

NEW ~ Virtual TCM & Somatic Experiencing Sessions!

I'm so excited to be offering this new way of supporting all of you!

Over the past 5 years, I been learning how to connect on a deeper level through online platforms. It is possible and incredible, how we are able to tune in to another person's nervous system even with a great amount of physical distance between us.

In these virtual sessions we will explore connections to symptoms and curiosities to TCM and Somatic Experiencing. Through coaching and gentle guidance, I am offering movement exercises, meditation, and virtual touch support.

These sessions are now available to be booked online or send me a message to book in.

Sometimes shoulder pain is from an injury or overuse, and sometimes it could be from continuously bracing. Bracing is a way that the body protects itself and is useful in moments of danger, but then that bracing is meant to discharge so that we can go back into easy, open curiosity. If we are forever bracing against danger, when do we allow rest, joy, and spontaneous connection to occur?

Through gentle, guided, and intentional touch - including cupping, acupuncture, and Somatic Experiencing, we are able to get to the root of the shoulder pain but nourish and encourage the energy of life to flow freely through the whole body.

I offer treatments Tuesday - Saturday at my home office in Central NW Calgary.

I have recently moved my acupuncture practice to full-time from my home clinic in the community of Parkdale in Northwest Calgary. This is a clean, quiet, and relaxing space which is perfect for supporting you on your wellness journey.

I offer online booking for existing clients and welcome new clients to send me a quick message to make sure I'm the best fit for what you are looking to achieve.

Acupuncture + Somatic Experiencing

A one-of-a-kind kind treatment to balance your qi and regulate your nervous system.

There are quite literally no other treatments like this around. I am one of a very few Registered Acupuncturists who has also completed the Somatic Experiencing training.

This session combines acupuncture with a hands-on, body centered approach for listening to the nervous system. With open and curious consideration, we are able to tune-in to our body's energy and allow space for flow, resolution, healing, and growth.

Comprehensive Acupuncture.

I've recently released my new website - if you haven't seen it yet, check it out. Though there is so much new, I want to highlight today the foundation of support I offer to everyone who walks through the treatment room door.

Comprehensive Acupuncture - literally includes all of the elements into one treatment. I have never charged for "extras" or "add-ons". The treatment price includes the possibility of acupuncture, cupping therapy, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, auricular (ear) acupuncture or seeds, qi gong, meditation, and diet and lifestyle guidance. These are, and always will be, included in the price of your treatment. I only use the word possibility above because not all elements will be necessary each visit, but we always have each of them to choose from.
