Hi, I’m a treadmill, and I’ve been out of order since March 2023—what a long time to be on the sidelines eh!

I truly miss the days of helping members achieve their fitness goals. It’s been tough being out of service, and I understand how frustrating it must be to see me here, unused.

My owner has tried everything possible to get me fixed, but unfortunately, my maker in Canada hasn’t responded despite multiple attempts. It’s disappointing, I’m not cheap to purchase and I know it doesn’t reflect well on my owner or my maker.

However, I want you to know that my owner is doing everything he can to make things right. They’ve now reached out to support teams in the USA to speed up the process. Thanks for letting us down Team Canada 💔

I sincerely apologize to all the GoPerformance members who’ve had to put up with my absence. Thank you for your patience and understanding—we’re doing everything we can to get me back up and running for you! 💚🖤
