I’m Shaun, a gay man who found spirituality later in life—and with it, a complicated path. Worthy Anyway was born from two powerful moments: the short film I created at The Los Angeles Film School, The Nobody Prayer, and a vulnerable conversation Ken and I shared at Friends Church, where we told our story publicly for the first time.

That was the spark. The beginning of something deeper.

This podcast is a space where I unpack the tension between being gay and pursuing faith—not with all the answers, but with honesty, hope, and a willingness to sit in the in-between.
