• 2025: National home sales expected to dip 1.1%, with average prices dropping 1.4% to $676,705
• 2026: Sales to rebound 7.7%, and prices rise 3.2% to $698,622
📉 Price declines in Ontario & BC are pulling national averages down — but most other provinces are seeing price gains between 4–8%
