We've just published our Calgary Real Estate Market Update for April 2026 — covering the first four months of the year! 📋
Here are the highlights:
✅ Single-family homes are holding strong at a $745,400 benchmark price
⚠️ Condo apartments are under pressure — only 432 sold in April, with 4.5 months of supply. Prices are down 8.9% from last year.
🏘️ Townhouses are in a similar boat — a buyer's market in most communities, benchmark at $422,900
With the Bank of Canada holding rates at 4.45% and spring bringing serious buyers into the market, May and June could be the best window to make your move — whether you're buying or selling.
