Feature Friday!
This is my guitar. Its name is Duke. It's my first electric guitar that I've had for over 2 decades. I love this guitar.
I decided to give it a major overhaul and upgrade. I took it apart, sanded it down, cleaned the hardware, re-finished, got new electronics, made a new pick guard, on and on the list goes.
However, I bit off more than I could chew, and worked myself out of the expertise of my YouTube Luthier's diploma.
That's where my friend James Burley comes in. Not only is he a stand out guy, but he's a very talented guitar tech. I gave him Duke in less than perfect condition, and he "Burlesked" it for me.
Duke is now the best guitar in the world, in my humble opinion. James left out no detail to fix all of the flaws and problems I created for myself.
If you are having issues with your instrument, or want to get it tuned up to peak performance, I can't recommend James highly enough!

Yes, this! Online lessons may not be the ideal, but we are grateful for the chance to stay connected 💙💚💛 and for those who’ve had to step back, we miss you and are excited to see you again 😁
As much as missing school feels exciting, children have lost much of their social interaction, structure and routine. Showing up for our students has a far greater impact than simply learning the piano. 🎵
