6 months or training. New diet (dropped 16 lbs). Fun swims with my bro. All for 3 hours of intense competition. All in all- happy with the outcome. Don’t let the smile fool you… it was a tough track!

2 good questions to ask before an important conversation/ call

A lesson I think most people could benefit from. Too often we only see the tip of the iceberg when looking at someone’s lifestyle. When you drill down- and see what’s really going on, it’s generally not what’s being presented.

New office… I’ve enjoyed working from home for 5+ years. But with a growing construction & development company it made sense to get an official office. So far it’s been great- looking fwd to going in and working with the team everyday!
