Well Been I while since I posted about what is new and exiting well Let me say this I have so many projects going I have little time to post updates . So I will do some in the next week or two once I get some Time Suffice it to say some new things in the works at My house gig at Kings Head Pub Calgary where I'm the house Tech . Some very cool Studio projects been working on with Some amazing Musicians. mixing and mastering :) hey if ya got the tool's to do the job. wholly s**t :) Dire Straits ... full stop the Album Dire Straits Recorded at Basing St. Studios London in Feb 1978 wholly f**k folks so awesome and Yes I have the Album :) and yes it sounds freaking of the charts amazing .... I'm in Tears I got this when I was like 14 or 15 years old I'm 61 soon and this is so incredible the album sounds like it's brand new cause i haven't found it until today :( wow i have so much hidden treasures i forgot about . unreal the stuff i find why i open cabinets looking for something and boom there is something else and not what I'm looking for although it was there the item i was looking for but then oh crap Then you open the archives :) lol my lord i have so much music it hurts lol .. I know all my friends have hidden treasures so go look when your looking for that hidden item and boom Treaure !!!!! :) ya baby boomers :) lol

all right folks I guess I had better get at it and get a mix done for The Coolest Jam Band and rock stars Hard Drive. See Zoran will be in the house tomorrow and Chad and I are going to have a Mix down session war just for fun :) lol Russ and Mike have no say as well they Just don't have time to visit me other than at work. this week is going to be epic fun next week i take some 3 days off after 3 weeks of fun and disappointment and burn out al part of life :) some hard drive tracks to play with best host jam band so cool i get to work with so many awesome talents and the Sunday Acoustic artist show case wow such talent . i love what I do and the folks I work with. Thanks Kings The Kings Head Eatery & Music Room for allowing me to be pat of the team !

before i Go to the next Recording . :) Id love to say this Curious George , red Mile High , April Rush, YYC - Calgary's Premier RUSH experience tribute , police Squad ., Play Ground Zone and so many others My brain is a mush . Wow the last 3 years Post Covid has been Tough for all of us . I have yet to say how many others and all shows and ya well I have so much respect for every Band musician of all levels and any thing you want to play .:) I'm' taking a break as a sound engineer ... bands get 30 I get 20 :) lol This coming week at Kings The Kings Head Eatery & Music Room you are all in for an amazing treat Watch for it get there be ready off the charts fun ! oh and ya im in my studio so i have 10 mins left on my break ... round up the sheep oh wait there they are them pesky little demons .. Tracks ar way worse than rounding up the band :) you can see the band tracks mmmm not so much Need a bigger monitor 40 " is way to small for the studio :) Love ya all see ya soon folks .

YYC YYC - Calgary's Premier RUSH experience Men without hats live and about 800 hours of Monday and saturday jams from yester year or Police Squad tribute to the police or shall i listen to Phantom of the opera ,or Les Miserable , or Jesus Christ Super Star , or Yanni or Genius live or Pink Floyd , or Ian Tyson live or , The Rest of the hundreds of shows If done in 45 years not Pink Floyd although I did a 3 day sound course with there engineer .. maybe some Chuck Rose .. or Rick Tough , or Harry Cheapen, or some ya you get the drift it's al so amazing and the list will go on forever .... country, jazz, folk , rock, what ever music i have and love live it all :) so my choice ya baby Jean-Michel Jarre Fanclub and yes i met him and have all his music :)

well now for yet even mor distressing news lol Y doc apt next week Schedule Mri and oh ya yet another nerve Ablation on the right lower back :) lol old age sucks :) My doc Across the street saw me limping today and well he has put it in the works Dam, im okay not as bad I was but it's ya coming back ha ha ha ya sorry The whole Back thing :) lol what next ????hmmm :) lol

Well what an incredible start to an amazing September .. now for what may seem like a long winded post but I'll make this short :) . lol .. as the sound tech at The Kings Head Eatery & Music Room I get the pleasure to work with so many talented and gifted Musicians !!!! there is never a show when magic happens that i don't get goose bumps and Not shy to admit tears in my eyes when it happens. My goal as the house Engineer is to make the talent on the stage comfortable and put them in a pocket where they can bring to life the music they play. If the talent is comfortable the magic will and dose happen !!! the next goal is to bring that forth to the Audience. It becomes easy to do so if the talent is comfy on stage, I'm very humbled by all the complements and respect The bands have for me as I do for them. I'm well a Bit of a softy when it comes to emotions But !!!!! I will say this ,Every single day I work as how is another moment we will never forget .. I want to say thanks to all the Musicians and send my love and respect to all . So to close What this month will bring is beyond fun it's so incredible so much to see and hear and dance to and ya Very cool Schedule . well time to say good night and Listen to some music and cry a tear for i say good by for 9 months to a talented young man whom will be back in June :) We all In YYC love you Awab Paracha take care and we look forward to next summer when you come home from year 1 of 4 at college/university . night all look out September we be burning down the house to coin a phrase :) love yo all
