It looked like it was far away but boom! Here it is - 40! The age you looked forward to has come but its glory is in the many steps that make up the story of the journey. When the dream started, you dreamt alone. Now that you're here, you're more than one - your life is full..filled with all things good so..Here is to the next phase. Welcome to 40!

There is a side of you that happens only when you have other people to hold, other people to love, other people to care about, other people to think about.
That is what happened during this photoshoot. The expressions in these photos could only have come because there was more happening in their lives and that "...MORE" is the closeness of family.

A beautiful thing about family is the light that sparkles in everybody's eyes when you know that we all have our backs and shooting this family was an experience to see that first hand.
When things like that happen you don't struggle to get your shots. They just come to you - the posing, the smiles, the unison, all the things that a photographer wishes to go right on the set. They just come naturally. That was my experience here!

The lead picture is my personal favourite! 40 is the Ruby Jubilee and we recreated the theme with lights and gels - and it worked! The gold text came through beautifully to accentuate the message blooming at her new age! It took grace to get here!

If there is one name we all call it's Rich Aunty. This look was intended to drive home that point. So on this note, if you see my friend, BILL HER! She can afford it!!!

: A Colourful Aura
faith in God is undeniable! When I bring my studio to your home, I tell my client that you already have the props you need sitting in your home. In this look, the life size picture of Jesus Walking fit perfectly in the scene...beautiful feet of Jesus to go hand in hand with Osaki's devotion to walking with Jesus...So bringing it into the scene was a perfect combo to share her journey in faith leading up to this landmark year of turning 40.
