Fair Trade Calgary promotes fair trade and ethical consumerism in Calgary.

Fair trade ensures that artisans and farmers in developing countries receive a fair wage for their work and environmentally sustainable practices are used. Some money is also put into a community fund to build things like schools and hospitals. Fair Trade Calgary promotes fair trade in Calgary through holding events, promoting and sharing information about fair trade and fair trade events in Calgary and connecting fair trade merchants.
