High heat emitting resistors can cause issues when not elevated off the PCB board. One of my key objectives as a tech is to provide customers with valuable insights, helping them avoid future problems. Fender Blues Deluxe, Hot Rod, and DeVille series amps are a case in point, highly recommended for their design.

The silver panel came in for a regular service inspection, power tube swap and some small modifications were added to squeeze more muscle out of this little giant.
