This customer didn’t want to see the field splices on some large frames with transom pieces that had to be installed in 2 pieces. After some paint you won’t be able to tell this was a 2 piece frame.

Did somebody say bike racks? Yeah we installed this wicked floor mounted sliding bike rack system at BRIO in Brentwood too!

You’ve got mail! That’s right we installed these aluminum mailboxes at Brentwood’s new BRIO apartments. Did you know we also installed all washroom accessories in the suites! Towel bars, toilet paper holders, robe hooks and grab bars.

This customer had their frame prepped for an exterior electric strike and needed to change it to an electric strike for a panic bar exit device. No problem! We can cut preps, weld on site, and fill everything so it’s ready for paint. Your one stop shop for door and frame modifications.

This was a custom door and frame enclosure we installed in a condo stairway to keep people from getting into the stairways and to help keep the space secure.

The bottom 4” of this frame had completely rusted away, we cut it off, patched in a brand new bottom section of frame and filled and sanded it and it’s ready for a paint touch up and good as new.
