I love running marathons, but it’s time to pump up the ultra game!!
Running can be a great way to clear your mind and change perspectives to situations you once viewed negatively. Maybe it was not that bad after all.
Active recovery and .good.livin

Last minute entry to this half marathon race, ended up first place! 21.1 km in 1h 26min
