All dyed materials start in natural undyed form - and I love them this way! And yes - for those who know me well, the tangled yarn at the bottom of my swift is definitely part of process for me!

On this day, three years ago, I shared with my social media community the life changes that brought about the closing of Tin Roof Fibre Studio. It's been a heck of a road, while I rebuilt my life, licked my wounds and prepared myself for this next chapter.

Today, I am SO excited to share this next step, the launching of my new company, Jam Textile Studio!

Its in the infant stages, but I do have a fresh new website you can check out here at www.jamtextilestudio.com. There, you can subscribe to my newsletter where you will receive sneak peeks of studio life, photos and videos on my process and first dibs on new collections to purchase, as I focus my craft on finished, framed textile art for your spaces. I am planning a few other "arms" of the business, and I promise to keep you posted here as they evolve!

It feels so good to be back! Thank you for following along with me, and I'm excited to share my next chapter in this crazy journey.

More overdyeing Sari silk along with undyed alpaca, valais lamb, Wensleydale,merino/silk roving and merino textured yarn. All being dyed for landscape inspired textiles! Stay tuned for final results. Oh and the overdye pot the other day was Forest Green! Many of you guessed Teal which was really close.
