We huffed, we puffed, we blew the house down. And then we started to build it right back up again! We are well on our way to completing the framing at the Lakeview House

The house has moved into the finishing stages. We recently installed the millwork throughout and the majority of the cabinets and tile is installed. Next up is painting and floor installation .creativestudios

Things are progressing along nicely with the framing complete, the mechanical roughed in, and the drywall hung at the Prestwick Basement Development. Included is an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, a simple wet bar, a bedroom with a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a tiled steam shower. Stay tuned to see how this one turns out!

We recently got started with the Lakeview addition that we are doing for . Included will be a complete reframe of all interior walls, new window openings, a 260 sq ft addition, and vaulted ceilings with new scissor trusses. Stay tuned to see how this one develops

It’s been a while since we posted an update on the It’s all framed up with windows and doors in and mechanical well on its way to being installed. We are so excited to start on the finishing side of things in the new year

Project number one on our side gig/house flip was to get the shop and garage storage in order. It’s amazing what a little elbow grease and some shelving can do. Stay tuned as we tackle the rest of the house

Here is a small peak at some of the framing work we did on a reno for this past year. We took part in the framing and finishing millwork on this job as well as some of the exterior work. In this series you’ll see how we removed a bunch of interior walls and vaulted the ceilings to create a much more open and grand looking space. Stay tuned for more from this project
