This upcoming Marda Loop development blends French Transitional architecture with clean contemporary details. Warm off white stone, smooth stucco, arched glass openings, traditional SDL windows, and balanced symmetry throughout.

Each home was designed to feel refined, functional, and connected to the character of the neighbourhood while still bringing something fresh to the streetscape.

This home came together through thoughtful collaboration with Sunset Homes, balancing bold architectural moments with everyday function. From the drive under garage that works with the natural grade, to the third floor balcony built for entertaining, every detail was considered.

Inside, it’s all about flow. Open, bright, and connected. Dual islands that make hosting easy, a feature staircase that adds character without sacrificing space, and layouts that give you flexibility where it matters most.

This lakeside home in Monterra is a French Country Modern take but it came together through thoughtful decisions, real conversations, and a clear vision for how the space should feel from the inside out.

From the double island kitchen to the spa-inspired ensuite and full RV bay garage, every detail is intentional… not just designed to look good, but to live well.

We don’t follow a set style or push a certain look. Our process is built around collaboration, listening, and translating how you actually want to live into something tangible. That’s what makes each project feel different… because it is! This one leans into a direction we don’t often explore, and that’s exactly what makes it so fun for us.

Bringing two lives together under one roof, this traditional two storey home in Elbow Park was designed to feel timeless, welcoming, and deeply personal.

Created for a couple starting a new chapter, the goal was to honour the character of this established inner city community while opening up the home for modern living and effortless entertaining. Throughout the process, collaboration shaped every decision. With the clients self building, each conversation brought new ideas, thoughtful refinements, and solutions that moved the project forward.

Designing in a mature neighbourhood always comes with added layers, from community considerations to city planning, but working through those challenges carefully helped bring this home to life in a way that felt both respectful and intentional.

Exploring multiple directions for this subdivision and infill project, this was our contemporary take.

Designed with a clear investment lens, every decision focused on speed, function, and long term appeal. The steep grade allowed for a walkout basement, sunken patio, and a deeper rear garage, while still keeping the layout practical with a mudroom below.

Swipe for the WOW factor… this backyard changes everything.

This Bearspaw home is all about slowing things down and bringing generations together. Set on a long, steep lot just west of the city, the home is intentionally pushed up the hill to capture mountain views, while opening up space below for a private wet pond and expansive outdoor living.

A contemporary west coast approach grounds the design, with layered balconies, seamless indoor outdoor flow, and plenty of room to garden, gather, and actually enjoy where you live.
