In just over 2 weeks time, along with my dedicated team mates, I'll be riding in the 180km MS Bike Ride for the 6th time to help raise money to defeat MS.

So I'm reaching out to everyone I know as I work towards my goal of raising $500.

MS Canada is an extremely worthy charity with significant amounts of every donation $ going towards research.

And sadly Canada has one of the highest levels of MS globally.
