Our birds are humanely raised with total consideration for their comfort and well-being. Welcome to Winter's Turkey Farm, nestled in the southern prairies just 30 km east of Calgary. Our turkeys are raised with utmost care, ensuring their comfort, health, and well-being. With plenty of space to roam in sunshine and fresh air, our turkeys are raised free range, certified organic, and heirloom breed
Busy day here on the farm! Another beautiful flock has arrived and everyone is settling in nicely.
After a long journey, we always give our birds a few quiet minutes to get their bearings before opening the boxes. We’ve found this little bit of patience goes a long way in helping them feel right at home in their new surroundings.

Last week was a busy one on the farm! We’re prepping the brooder barns for our next flock of poults arriving the first week of June. There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh shavings to get you excited for a new season!
