10 years ago, we stood before God, full of dreams, hope, and love, not fully knowing the beautiful story we were about to write together. ❤️
Through every season ;the joyful moments, the difficult days, the laughter, the tears, the wins, and the challenges;we have stayed together, hand in hand, choosing love over and over again. And today, as we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, I can honestly say that this journey with you, has been one of God’s greatest blessings in my life.
We’ve built more than a marriage; we’ve built a home filled with love, faith, resilience, and purpose. Watching you become an incredible mother to our amazing children has made me love and admire you even more.
Our energetic and loving son, OluwaDarasimi ,and our precious baby girl, Tiaraoluwanimi, are constant reminders of God’s goodness and the beauty of the life we’ve created together. They are our greatest treasures.
Looking back, I’m grateful for how far we’ve come. Looking ahead, I’m excited for the future that still awaits us ; more memories to create, more dreams to chase, more victories to celebrate, and more love to share.

When Michael first reached out to me, it wasn’t just about planning a photoshoot or documenting another wedding story. It was about love — intentional, patient, and deeply rooted in culture.
Years after legally marrying his beautiful wife, Opeyemi, in the United Kingdom, Michael still felt there was something special left undone. To him, his Yoruba queen deserved the full traditional experience — the joy, the honor, the culture, and every beautiful step that comes with a true Yoruba “Owambe” celebration in Lagos, Nigeria. ❤️✨
I watched a man completely determined to love his wife loudly and intentionally. Michael wanted it all — the “igbeyawo” (carrying of the bride), the heartfelt “idobale” (prostrating before the in-laws), the symbolic “owo ori” (bride price), and the emotional “mo bebe fe” moment where he formally asked her family for her hand in marriage. Every tradition mattered to him, and he left no stone unturned to give Opeyemi this unforgettable experience.
Just weeks before their trip to Nigeria for the wedding celebration — which happened a fortnight ago — we came together to create something truly beautiful. And honestly, every moment reflected love, joy, culture, and intention.
