Man I donāt control the faces... When Iām at failure Iām so locked into the target muscle and finishing the rep that whateverās happening on my face is just⦠how I feel inside.
Iām there with an objective: train hard, build muscle. but yeah I film myself, I just donāt give a s**t how handsome I look or how clean my fit is.. cause thatās not what its for.
If you find yourself looking around the gym instead of focusing on your sets, youāre not training. Are you here to lift and actually grow as a person, or are you just here to check girls out?
Cause only 1 of those guys stands a chance at getting her number (hint, itās not the dude staring her down from across the gym š)
I get it, ADHD is real. Itās why over 13 years of training with it Iāve found ways to lock in.
Steal these:
ā Log book + phone away (our phones are distracting as f**k)
ā Quieter gym (commercial gyms might just be too much)
ā Mind-muscle connection (how can I move to FEEL it in the target muscle?)
ā Noise-cancelling earbuds (right tunes = instant focus)
ā Baggy clothes (not worrying how your body looks = more focus on feeling the muscle)
ā Go off-peak (4ā7pm is a nightmare⦠which is exactly when I go every day š©)
ā Pay for the private/upgraded areas (anti-social or anxious day? lifesaver)
ā Stop being so h***y (go to a library, coffee shop, bar ā anywhere else to stare at chicks, you creep)
ā Personal training or group classes (someone watching keeps you accountable)
Youāre WASTING TIME when you donāt focus during your sets. Half-ass workouts cause you were too busy talking or being a perv leave you exactly where you started.
If you actually want to change⦠you should be making some ugly f**kin faces bro š¤

Sure, letās just ignore the fact that natural bodybuilding exists.. (and is growing at that)
Letās also ignore all the hard training sessions, proper meals, early nights, high grocery bills, gym memberships and absolutely everything that the people discrediting us DO NOT DEAL WITHā¼ļø
The hardest part about bodybuilding to me is dealing with the people who just donāt get it. They use every excuse under the sun to justify the box of Oreos and 6 pack of beer that they think they deserve - and can never take accountability when their inevitable health issues arrive
See now, itās typically easy to ignore these people, especially strangers and dorks in the comments. But the actual challenge is when it comes to your friends and familyā¦
The people closest to you can easily derail a good prep or completely ruin the relationship altogether.
All because they donāt understand and arenāt willing to learn.
So rather than wasting your time educating someone who doesnāt give a f**k to begin with. Just remember that not everyone will agree with you and thatās okay, but they also canāt force you to do a thing.

The next time youāre dealing with an ignorant person:
1. Listen to what they say, nod and keep note of their opinion
2. The next time that person tries to guilt you - āIām not hungry, thanksā or āit was nice seeing you, I have to goā
Thatās it. If they have a problem with that, obviously something deeper is going on and they need to work on themselves.
The point of this is, just like the ignorant people have the right to their own opinions. You have the right to do whatever the f**k you want āš¼
Honestly? I get why people donāt get it.
You canāt understand a version of yourself youāve never actually met.
If youāve spent 20+ years feeling tired, bloated, foggy, achy, moody, and uncomfortable in your own skin... that just becomes ānormal.ā
You donāt realize youāve been living as a worse version of yourself until you finally feel what āgoodā is supposed to feel like.

And those all matter.
Because most of you are trying to build something real...
Make more money...
Meet more people...
Travel to new places...
Find bigger opportunities...
Develop real discipline...
The life you keep saying you want...
And then shooting yourself in the foot with low energy, broken sleep, garbage food, and a body you donāt feel proud of.
I donāt bring multiple meals everyday because Iām obsessed with food.
I bring them because Iām NOT obsessed with food.
The donut will still be there.
The wings will still be there.
The office snacks will still be there.
Itās 2026. There is no shortage of food.
Iām not missing out. Iām choosing the body, the energy, the confidence, and the life I actually want.
Iām preparing for the opportunities I keep saying I want.
Because when they show up, I refuse to be too tired, too insecure, too out of shape, or too sick to take them.
So laugh at the meal prep if you need to.
But understand this:
Iām not eating like this because I hate my life.
Iām eating like this because āgetting olderā will never be an excuse to feel like s**t.
If you actually want the physique, the confidence, and the discipline that makes life feel lighter...
Stop treating your nutrition like punishment.
Get busy and use food to FUEL your aspirations instead.
Forget typical domestic and international affairs, letās focus on what matters!
Imagine a party built solely around bodybuilding, the more you progress your physique - the less taxes you pay, and the less your groceries cost
Obviously an amazing idea that is completely fool proof so donāt even bother trying to argue with it, and letās make it happen šØš¦

Jokes aside, I wouldnāt mess with Aydra about stuff like this if I knew it truly bothered her..
Because if I DO say something that bothers her, she voices it.
And believe it or not, I stop and listen⦠it turns out that really is the secret š
It should go without saying:
Find a person you actually enjoy being around to spend the rest of your life with; their looks and follower count canāt even hold a candle to it.
If you want to become the best version of yourself mentally and physically.. donāt make it harder than it already is by choosing the wrong partner
Itās easy for me to say that the best thing that ever happened to my physique was meeting Aydra ā¤ļø
Youāre not bulking. Youāre just eating like s**t with permission.
The average guy on āa bulkā is just using it as a hall pass to stop tracking. Then he trims down and looks exactly the same. Shocked. Every time. š
Bulking is just as much work as cutting. Maybe more. But everyoneās so distracted by how hungry they feel and how they need to āenjoyā food constantly. That food isnāt going anywhere. It really doesnāt matter as much as you make it seem.
The guys who succeed are focused on the outcome, not āwhat they feel like eatingā
Itās privileged as f**k when you zoom out. There are people solving actual hard problems in this world and youāre spending half your day scrolling food delivery apps because you want āsomething newā š
Thereās this Goldilocks zone between the extreme end of a bulk and the extreme end of prep. Where you have a ton of energy and just enough hunger for your brain to actually work and your body to perform. Thatās where I thrive. My content gets better, I come up with better ideas, I respond to clients quicker, training feels amazing. š„
And people have the nerve to complain in that zone. You want real struggle?
Try being 3 to 4 weeks out from a bodybuilding show, actually on the verge of starving to death. Or being at your heaviest, shovelling spoonfuls of clean food every 2 hours, praying your body keeps producing insulin so you can push it to new heights.
Every client I work with learns this on day one. Structure doesnāt stop when the bulk starts. Itās when it matters most.
Bulking isnāt a break. And thatās the whole point. šÆ

Crazy how time flies.. these were taken 2 years ago but it feels like yesterday. I wonder how this would look today, which muscles improved?? Did anything get worse?
ā³ The power of patience.
It feels like it was yesterday, because my days still look the same. I still eat all my meals, I still train hard, Iām still holding the same standards that allowed me to have such a successful 2024. The recipe worked.. so why would I change it.
But this also seems to be the hardest part for guys..
They want the winning physique right now and the thought of waiting just doesnāt make sense to them.
š¤ Itās interesting because itās so common..
Fat people see Ozempic and think itāll help them be less fat FASTER, as if the drug has magic fat burning qualities.
They see steroids and assume as soon as they pin a needle in their ass they wake up with their dream physique.. when I still see guys smaller than me pinning more than 300lb Olympians.
Or they see peptides and think theyāre magic substances that will pack on 20lbs of muscle while they continue to eat McDonaldās as pre workout and do random workouts every time they eventually go to the gym.
š” Patience is the biggest game changer when it comes to building a truly impressive physique.
Everyone screams genetics when they look worse than the next guy, but those people with the āunfair geneticsā are usually the same ones checking off every box every week and doing everything they possibly can to get better.
š The secret is being disciplined long enough to see the results.
But most people still want a cheat meal every week while their fitness gets pushed to the back burner the second literally anything else pops up.
