My client experienced an accident in her younger years, which resulted in scarring on her lower right lip. The scar tissue created a slight protrusion, leading to asymmetry in the lip shape. Over time, her lips also lost volume and appeared pale with minimal definition.

With lip blush, our goal was to restore balance, enhance definition, and bring natural, healthy color back into her lips. By carefully shaping and strategically placing pigment, we were able to soften the visual impact of the scar and create a more harmonious appearance.

And the results? Subtle and beautifully refreshed. Creating a youthful, hydrated, and lively appearance while still looking natural and true to her own features. 🩷

Juicy lips 👄

Heal time: 7 days + 6 weeks
➖ Day 1: expect swelling, color will oxidize, bright and bold color.
➖ Day 2: lips will feel dry, color will appear darker
➖ Day 3-5: light-moderate peeling, lips are extremely dry
➖ Day 6-7: color will look a little washed

➖ Week 3-4: lips will appear pale
➖ Week 6: color will bloom and hold a natural tint

Expect the color to fade 40% once it completely heals.

Lip neutralization session 1. No pre-shape prior, you can see where all her hyper-pigmented tones are in slide 1. While carefully following her lip line, our main focus was to lighten up these dark tones to one even base to apply a beautiful tint to match her skin tone.

FAQ~

WHY IS NEUTRALIZATION IMPORTANT PRIOR TO LIP BLUSH? The color application will be even once we finalize the color she wants. The color selected will be evenly saturated without having any dark/cool tone pigments peeking through. This creates a seamless blush.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED? 2-4 depending on the case.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RETURN? Once lip neutralization + application of color choice has be completed. We recommend 1-2 years, most clients return 1 year depending on their lifestyle change or if they would like to switch up or add a color boost.
