For this government office development in Southern Alberta, the Stratus team delivered the complete electrical infrastructure across multiple interconnected modular buildings—bringing power, HVAC, security, communications, and exterior systems together into one coordinated solution.

Our scope included:
-New electrical service installation
-Integration of multiple modular office units
- HVAC electrical systems

-Heat trace installation

Patrick Galbraith recently completed transformer terminations that will support critical site infrastructure once connected to incoming power. The system is designed to step voltage down from 600V to 120/208V, supplying dependable power to key components including the I/O cabinet, heat trace controller, lighting, receptacles, and additional support systems.

From power distribution to controls integration, every connection plays an important role in ensuring safe, efficient, and dependable operations. Work like this reflects the level of craftsmanship, planning, and ex*****on our teams bring to every project.
