I apologize for having been MIA for so long. I finally gained some courage to share this.

The main reason I disappeared is I needed to take some time off to recollect myself and rethink a few things.

Last summer there was a few events that brought my down a rough path..mentally. I was doubting my self worth and feeling guilty and overwhelmed. I couldn’t focus. I couldn’t sleep. I was so miserable and vulnerable. But I am fortunate that the universe sent me help at the time when I needed it most. And slowly I worked on myself to get back on track.

Over the cause of about 9 months, through therapy, meditation, and books, I’ve worked on my fears, self compassion, perfectionism, imposer syndrome, relationship with money, and traumas from my past relationship and childhood. And honestly I am still a work in progress but at least I’m now in a better stage.

I will share more details about how I worked on these in the future (if you’re interested).

I also got to rethink and reflect on my career/business. Does it give me joy? How can I improve it? Where my passion lies? Does it serve my values?

I began writing down a lot of notes…

After a better understanding about myself and what I wanna do, I decided to rebrand my business to better suit my niche and support my values.

One last thing: I will be changing the name of this page as it will transform to a space where I share my personal journey to heal and to be the better version of myself. If it’s not something you’re interested in, I totally understand and no harsh feelings.

👋🏼 Hi! It’s been a while since I showed myself here, so I thought I would reintroduce myself with some personal facts.

🤘🏼I was born and raised in Thailand and spent most of my life in Bangkok. I loved the vibrant there but the big city life was just too much for me.

🤘🏼My best bud is my sweetest 5 yo. She is sassy and very imaginative.

🤘🏼It’s my 13 years anniversary in Canada this month.

🤘🏼I’ve always interested in communication. So, I did a degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and another one in Visual Communication (Design).

🤘🏼I started my biz and got separated around the same time right before the pandemic. Talk about bad timing 🙃. Honestly, Im still trying to find my footing.

🤘🏼I always have a special spot in my heart for the mountains but my love’s grown three times more since living in Calgary. Say hi if you happen to run into me in the mountains.

🤘🏼My favorite food is papaya salad. Three chilies 🌶 is my secret. If you never try it, you’ve got to! (But maybe start with one 🌶 😉)

🤘🏼I’m at the beginning of the journey towards sustainable and minimal living. Trying to simplify my life and make less footprints as much as possible. Anyone here on the same journey? 🙋🏻‍♀️

I went on a hike and met two lovely ladies who told me about their “Adventure Club” where three best friends gather every weekend to have outdoor adventures together. And the next thing I knew I got to do this fun little badge!

Chickadees represent the trio, and also an element of mountain, river, kayak, tree, and sun to be included.

I’m not an illustrator and don’t get to do this kind of thing often. It’s a nice change plus I love all things nature related. 💚

A recent packaging design project for Belvedere Lavender Farm. Working collaboratively, we wanted to find a sustainable, attractive, efficient, and affordable way to package Belvedere Lavender all natural skin care products. These packages contain travel-size skincare line that are perfect for gifting or even if you want to try out a few different products before switching.

A brand is not just a logo. All the elements come together to create the brand by representing the brand's personality, what they believe in, how they want to communicate, and which direction they want to go.
