If you were around in the day, you know. We created the Thorsby Jam an event for riders by riders. Made films featuring some of the worlds best talents doing some of the largest features first like the Ord Gap. We supported local film makers starting out. We dug hundreds of dirt jumps and created pump tracks in the city long before a sanction track was ever built. We ride, we race, we are unapologetic. The original seed.

This is probably the longest I have spent making a video. Spending time every day for the last three months jumping in to icy water to find out what would happen to my performance overall.

For those of you who know me well, I live in constant pain from the abuse from the of years of fighting, extreme sports, and subsequent injuries. I simply refuse to take painkillers, and many of you have caught me in those moments where I make my "cringe face", as I take a moment to focus.

While highly unscientific, I feel this has helped me a great deal over the last little while, not only helping me deal with pain, but focus as a whole.
