Dogs on Board is Growing a Little 🐾

We’re looking to add another casual/relief independent contractor pack walker to the team!

This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible supplemental income who loves dogs, enjoys being outdoors, and is comfortable handling structured off-leash group walks.

What the role involves:
🐾 Driving between client pickups/drop-offs
🐾 Off-leash pack walks & adventure outings
🐾 Understanding dog body language & group dynamics
🐾 Maintaining calm, structured & safe packs
🐾 Sending photo/video updates to clients
🐾 Flexible, coverage-based scheduling

This is not a “sit at the dog park while scrolling your phone” kind of role 😅 It’s active, fast-paced, and requires confidence, awareness, and calm energy around dogs.

Previous experience working with dogs, pack walks, boarding, daycare, training, or similar environments is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone reliable, confident handling group dynamics, and comfortable working independently.

SW Calgary based. Must have:
✔ Reliable vehicle
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Comfort transporting dogs
✔ Weekday availability

This is an independent contractor opportunity, ideal for someone looking for flexible work alongside another job, school, or existing schedule.

What a cute evening we had! We dropped off donations to last night. Seeing the work Christina does firsthand is always a good reminder of how much goes into caring for dogs who haven’t had the easiest start. We’re really happy we could support in a small way and be part of a community that looks out for animals. 💕

There was no shortage of puppy piles, kisses, dress-up, treats, toys. 10/10 would get covered in puppy kisses again.
