Customer Service Warehouse Associate

A person that wants to, and is able to perform in a diverse & interesting environment using a variety of different skill sets.

The Ideal Candidate for this position:
• Is a self starter; able to see what needs to be done and prioritize
• Is able to multitask a variety of jobs and implement "WIN strategies".
• Is organized and has a high degree of attention to detail without sacrificing efficiency
• Be comfortable moving furniture and other items in a warehouse environment

Required Duties & Tasks:
• Receiving, Documenting, Researching and Listing new product
• Customer service at our multiple locations, in person, by telephone, and by email
• Managing Online Inventory Control including assigned locations & quantities
• Advertising products on various sites and social media
• Keeping the warehouses clean and organized
• Order Fulfilment, packaging and shipping orders
• Keeping a database of products updated
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Understands the importance of Safety, Accuracy and Efficiency.
• Warehouse/Inventory experience an asset
• Be able to clearly communicate with customers over the phone, email and in-person
• Experience working with Computers; specifically with email, search engines, and Microsoft Office
• Social Media experience an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle (will be required to drive between locations)
• Be comfortable moving furniture and other items in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs
