• Respect Our/Your Time: Bookings are available 12 days in advance.

• No-Show/Cancellation Fees: $100 for Medical appointments; 70% of service cost for all other appointments.

• Communication: We only return calls if a detailed message is left. Repeated calling does not move you up the list!

• Private Practice Standards: We are not a walk-in clinic. All prescriptions and refills require an in-person appointment.
