Calista is quite literally a ‘hands-on’ builder with Pat or Lamise on-site everyday maintaining quality control, overseeing the progress of the project, and resolving any issues that may arise, all in a timely, professional manner.

As a boutique builder focused on a select group of new home projects in any given year, Calista Homes is focused all aspects of the business, from the architectural design all the way through to the finishing and beyond.

Calista Homes has cultivated and maintained valuable relationships with established suppliers and experienced trades people, enabling them to utilize only the highest quality materials and workmanship.

The mission of Calista Homes is simple; to build beautiful homes, inside and out, from the foundation to the finishing. While Pat and Lamise harbor no aspirations of becoming one Calgary’s biggest builders, they won’t shy away from becoming one of its best.

Calista Homes is the vision of Patrick and Lamise Kochorek. Founded in 2000, the name of this Calgary based builder stems from the Greek word ‘Kalista’, which means “most beautiful”.
