I have 4 families who are looking in the Foothills area for a new home. Here’s what they’re looking for:

1. Acreage in Foothills County with 2 residences or the potential to add a suite easily. Wish list: lots of trees up to 1.3.
2. Bungalow with walkout, large yard, backs onto a green space in Okotoks or High River, Cochrane. Up to 1.5.
3. Single-family home in High River, Nanton, Cayley, Diamond Valley, or Okotoks with a good-sized fenced lot and a garage under $550,000. Must be dog friendly.
4. Private acreage near DeWinton - most importantly must be a bungalow. Up to 1.35 million.
5. Bungalows! Bungalows! Bungalows! I also have a long list of buyers looking for bungalows in DV, Okotoks, or High River.
