The peacock in Chinese culture represents beauty, dignity, and auspiciousness. It is admired for its elegant appearance and is often seen as a symbol of grace and feminine charm. In Buddhism, the peacock is associated with Guanyin, the bodhisattva of compassion, and symbolizes the power to transform negativity into wisdom and kindness.
