We’re close but not quite there yet.

To break ground on the new playground for Fall 2026, we still need to raise $80,000 and we need your help to get there! Every donation, sponsorship, and share helps move this project one step closer to becoming a reality for our kids and community.

We’re excited to share that Inglewood Child Development Centre has been awarded a $173,291 Community Facility Enhancement Program grant from the Government of Alberta for a brand-new playground in 2026.

This investment will help create an engaging, inclusive, and active outdoor space for the children and families in our centre, and with the community. While this grant is a major step forward, we still need your help fundraising the remaining amount needed to bring this playground to life.

We’re grateful for the support and look forward to building something truly special for our children.

Hello All! Inglewood Child Development Centre (ICDC), the wonderful community daycare in the Alexandra Society Building! We are about $80,000.00 from building a new playground at ACS that will be open to all community families and enrich the lives of the students and teachers of ICDC and Wymbim. Families, followers and community! ICDC is selling our very own ICDC Culture Cookbook which includes 60 delicious recipes submitted by each of our childcare families celebrating the unique cultures, flavours, and stories that make our center so special.

All proceeds from the cookbook sales will go directly toward our Playground Fundraiser, helping us build a space where our children can safely learn, play, and grow together. To make it extra fun, we’ve paired the cookbook with an optional Wine Package the perfect combination for cozy holiday dinners or thoughtful Christmas gifts!
