This one came out pretty well! Nice healthy stroker SBC and turbo 400, widow maker np205 and some 1 ton axles, on 38" trail grapplers. Updated electrical with Holley sniper EFI and Dakota digital. Amp research power running boards were a necessity on this one. Dry ice blasted and coated to make the underside just as clean.

Took the Econoline state side to see how we hold up to the big dogs.

The Econoline is beautiful on top, but underneath is just as exceptional.

We hand built the entire chassis from front to back. For those unfamiliar, these trucks are originally a unibody, we cut out all the existing frame and built a body on frame system instead. This was the first clear choose the customer came to us with.

A very unique Epic suspension to work in some tight constraints under the wheel tubes that mount the seat directly. Custom designed IFS with mustang 2 spindles and power rack and pinion. The rear is much more simple with a 4 link and panhard on a 9" Ford housing.

Chassis is fully air bagged with 7" of travel. Slam ss6 up front and slam ts-7 in the rear. controlled by airlift 3P.

One of my favorite features is the brake system. We have a power booster and master assembly that runs outside the frame. The pedal arm is uniquely shaped to clear the steering shaft and V-dog 90 degree box. The arm pushed on a lever and shaft assembly to work the master in the opposite direction from normal.

A small fun fact. The original vehicle had a 200lbs counter weight bolted to the bottom of the box floor. The owner had a second one to mate so we had them water jet to a shape to match the frame and machined them flat and notched for bolts so we could secure the two to the chassis over the diff housing. Intended for some added traction being so naturally light in the back end.

The fuel tank is hand made to fit within the rails and make sure we have plenty of fuel volume for out of town driving. Thanks

The interior in the Econoline was a huge win. Lots of help from some very talented people brought this one all together.

All wrapped in true leather and Alcantara, along with lots of custom machined parts and everything polished.

The dog house was originally a small box, the tunnel was extended all the way to the front of the vehicle to provide proper air flow over the radiator assembly, all the way to the back of the cab. The original dog house lid was used, and we made fancy little machined latch assembly and some gas shocks for smooth operation.

The back of the cab has a full fabricated surround with access panels for all the stereo components and modules and fuse panel to run the vehicle. A full close out panel under the dash was made to clean up the front as well. Panels hide a pair of 10" subs on the back and some front and rear speakers.

The door panels are completely 3d printed, we fabricated a rigid mount to bolt the handle pull, and secured the panel to the door, all fasteners are hidden behind the trim which is held in place by magnets. Deluxe interior mustang dorr handles and trurelic electric windows
