Airdrie & Chestermere: Airdrie has found a comfortable equilibrium with just over three months of supply and a benchmark price of $515,000. In Chestermere, an influx of inventory has eased conditions significantly, bringing supply to 5.69 months with a benchmark price of $706,800.
Cochrane & Okotoks: Cochrane continues to see resilient demand, keeping supply under three months with a benchmark price of $576,400. Okotoks remains highly competitive and lean with 2.44 months of supply and a benchmark price of $618,900.
Strathmore: Buyers looking for more choice will find it in Strathmore, where an inventory spike has created 4.18 months of supply, paired with an accessible benchmark price of $452,800.
