Activity is still moving in Edmonton, but conditions are evolving as inventory and buyer behaviour adjust.
Edmonton: (RAE)
• 3,809 new listings
• 2,133 sales in March increasing 33.1% from February this year
Calgary tells a similar but more defined story: (CREB)
• 1,881 sales in March
• Benchmark price at $565,600
• Inventory rising to 5,395 homes
• Months of supply up to 2.87
