Dear breadX'ers,
We’re putting the starter down for a little winter snooze ... since breadX is moving!
We'll have one final bake in January before hibernating and then opening back up in mid-February, where we'll be baking up in Tuscany for pickup + delivery. Same dough, new neighbouhood :)

Every breadX loaf begins with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and at the heart of it all is the flour. That’s why we partner with , a local, family-run mill that shares our passion for quality, sustainability, and artisan food.
What makes their flour special?
