Kiwi Vine in my garden. My new favorite vine
We had a question from a listener today on Let's Talk Gardening. Would you grow food in old tires. This particular listener wants to build a potato tower with tires. I probably wouldn't, but have no experience to back it up. Anyone have thoughts?

Loving my new Janus et cie chair. Unique outdoor furniture
Dafoe Design has recently become the central location for plant exchanges (not sure how that happened!). I have two clients that have the following:
8 - Chestnut seedlings 4" in height - looking for people who want to test their viability in a sunny, expansive location in Calgary (Seedlings taken from 30yr old tree in Edmonton)
100 Irises - Bearded, Arctic, Siberian, etc (grown in Bowness, Calgary)
50 Lilies - Martagon and others (grown in Bowness, Calgary)
If interested, message me and I can get you in touch with these people

But seriously, is anyone else having this problem?!?
