It was a bittersweet day, today. This year I made the very difficult decision to sell my food truck and today it went to its new home. I've loved this big beast and driving it around over the past few weeks has been a nice reminder of that. Thank you everyone for your support over the past few years. Owning and operating a food truck has been an amazing adventure and I've learned so much from the experience about myself and about having business. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️ Onto the next adventure!

No two look the same, but all are delicious. Made some of my favorite cookies, tonight for some lucky folks to chow down on, tomorrow! These babies are gluten friendly, vegan and full of flavor. PB Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies!

Breakfast à la stay-at-home-dog-mom. It's been a while since I've actually done much for myself, food-wise and this used to be a favorite breakfast! The season is winding down, and that means that I get to enjoy some of the little things a bit more.
