Most “agility training” is just athletes doing tiny steps through ladders and cone art that looks cool on Instagram but doesn’t move the needle on performance.

Real change of direction is the ability to slam on the brakes, reposition, and re-accelerate in the new direction – under control, at game speed.

In this post I break COD down into 4 pillars:
1️⃣ Strength & eccentric braking
2️⃣ Clean decel & cutting mechanics
3️⃣ Sprint & horizontal power
4️⃣ Reactive & game-like chaos

If you get those right, you don’t need fancy gadgets or 10-cone patterns. You need quality reps of the basics.
