There are few better feelings than slapping a sold sticker on a sign. Some deals are easy, some are crazy, and others are nuts. This was all three. I am thankful for the learning opportunities and great clients 🙏🏾❤️ Story below:

This listing sold in June with a scheduled closing date in August. All seemed normal. On closing day I received a call from my clients lawyer, I expected him to indicate that the deal was done and keys were releasable. Instead he indicated that the deal was dead. The buyers were walking away, forfeiting their deposit and opening themselves up to litigation. I have NEVER had this happen before. Thankfully I was able to get the house relisted in a matter of days and it sold in 24 hours. Crazy times though.
