FAQ
How does it work?
STEP ONE - We complete a complimentary consultation to see your space of concern and discuss your ideas & needs for the area. We will email you a quote within 2-3 business days to organize your home/business. We then send you an invoice, client agreement and book a date and time that works best for your organizing session(s)!
STEP TWO - We like to utilize or re-purpose as many products you already have in your home however if you are interested in completely re-doing your space (bins, containers, baskets, etc.) we can shop for all the products for you for an additional fee - if not, we will give you a detailed list and you can shop for them yourself!
STEP THREE - On the day of organizing, we come and transform your space to meet our discussed vision and function for the space! Before we leave, we do a complete walk though so that every detail is to your satisfaction - and so you know where everything is!
On average, we schedule 2 weeks out on our calendar. It’s best to book a consultation as soon as possible to get the process started - especially for moving decluttering/organization and packing services.
Will you take my donations with you?
Yes we will gladly take your donations with us when we leave (one carload/session). However please note that once we take those old clothes or toys you won’t be seeing them again! We usually donate the items directly after we’ve completed your home.
Do I have to be onsite while you work?
Completely up to you! Whatever makes you most comfortable. Some prefer to leave us to the space and have a great surprise while others like to do a step by step (be prepared for a few text messages if you are away - we don’t want to donate items you really want to keep!). However with that being said, we highly recommend for master closets and home offices that you be present to work with us most of the time.
What areas do you service?
Okotoks, Foothills Division, Priddis, Black Diamond & High River.
We have pets - is that okay?!
Yes - we love all furry friends! However if you have an aggressive pup or cat that doesn’t take too well to new faces please put them in a place where they will be more comfortable.
Do you share my home on social media?
We do not share any before/after photos, progress videos, etc. on any social media platforms without your permission. We completely understand that allowing us into your home takes courage and vulnerability therefore we want this process to be 100% comfortable for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide minimum 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque & email money transfer ([email protected]) Payment is due immediately upon completion of organization for hourly services and full payment is due upfront with packaged organization.

My name is Lea, I’m a mother of 2 and married to my best friend! I live out in the country, on a little funny farm. 🦆
My love of organizing all started at a very young age. I remember rearranging my room quarterly, my friend’s mom’s loved when I’d come to visit, because they’d always end up with an organized coat closet or a sparkling bathroom vanity.
I’ve always found it deeply satisfying getting to witness a space transform. I truly love getting to help people. Our homes hold us, our treasures, our memories, our people. Our home’s also hold clutter, expired goods, empty boxes, stacks of paper, including all the things you had to buy twice or more! all because you just couldn’t find it.
Professional organizing can help individuals who find themselves feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. All the things that once brought joy now make us feel frazzled and foggy.

That’s where I come in, I create customized systems that help your everyday life run smoother, no more searching for items through clutter and less time wasted rifeling through stacks of paper. I use a simple system. Keep. Toss. Sell/Donate. Once we’ve figured out what stays we create homes for everything, this is done by caterorgizing and cataloging items based on level of necessity. Reflective to your home or business needs.
I am a self proclaimed home flow expert, which is where my staging skills shine. I utilize the furniture and decor you already have to create a space that looks, feels and flows it’s best. whether you’re selling a house, setting up a rental, your business feels bogged down or simply your home could use a reset, I can help you reach success.

My name is Lea Savidan, and I’m here to help you get organized, using systems I’ve learned through QC Design School. I’m a fully certified professional organizer.
