Hi, I’m Nicole 👋
When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was terrified of giving birth.
I thought home birth wasn’t an option for first-time moms — and that labour was something to “just get through.” Then COVID hospital restrictions forced me to choose: my husband or my doula.

Choosing a home birth gave me both — and something more powerful:
✨ The realization that birth prep is just as much about unlearning fear as it is about gaining information.

Now, as a childbirth educator, I don’t just teach facts.
I help you (and your partner) reconnect with something our culture has forgotten:

With my background in mental health nursing and years studying the nervous system and holistic wellness, I believe birth is as much a nervous system experience as it is a physical one.

I’m especially obsessed with the whole-person transformation that birth brings. In a world obsessed with “bouncing back,” I’m here to remind you that birth is meant to change you.
That change is sacred.

When I’m not teaching or coaching parents, you’ll find me playing fetch with my two Border Collies, having tea parties with my daughter, or convincing my husband that a WestJet sale is clearly the universe telling us to book a vacation. 😉
