We consider ourselves Professional Car Show Attendees. Want to claim the title? Here are our top 5

Do's and Don'ts:

✅ DO'S
Car shows are for everyone! Kids, grandparents, and even the dog are welcome at most events, so make it a group outing! Just keep an eye on little ones, strollers, bikes, and curious pups around the vehicles, everyone’s there to enjoy them, and keep them looking their best.

Pick your timing: Arrive early for smaller crowds and great photo light. Arrive a little later if you want the vendors fired up and the grills going.

Wander every row. Some of the coolest cars are tucked in corners and side lots. Take your time and leave no corner unsearched.

And of course — don't forget the sunscreen!

❌ DON'TS
The Car Show Golden Rule: Don't touch the cars without permission. Even leaning on a car can scratch a paint job the owner spent months perfecting. Look with your eyes!

Don't feel like you need to be a "car person". You don't need to know a thing about engines to have a great time. The colours, designs, and stories are entertaining for everyone.

Don't forget cash. Food trucks and vendors are common at car shows. Toss a few bills in your pocket before you head out.

Don't leave before the cars drive out. When owners start firing up their engines to leave, the sights and sounds are incredible. It's often the best part of the whole day!

Check your tire pressure once a month and before long trips. Tires can lose air over time even without visible damage. Proper pressure improves safety, fuel economy, and tire life, especially with spring temperature changes. Find your recommended PSI on the sticker inside the driver’s door or in your owner’s manual.

Did you know that sometimes, once a vehicle is apart, additional damage can be discovered? That’s when a “supplement” is sent to your insurance company.

It’s a normal, necessary step (not a sign of poor work) to make sure your car is returned to pre-accident safety standards. Safety first, always!

Victoria Day long weekend is almost here, which means Alberta drivers are getting ready for road trips, campground check-ins and at least one “did we miss the turn?” moment. 🚗🗺️😂

Before you go, brush up on a few fuel-efficient driving tips from AMA - Alberta Motor Association that can help you save money at the pump. Your tank will last longer, and your wallet may be slightly less dramatic about it. ⛽💸

We were thrilled to surprise the Chaos Nose Creek Fastpitch Association U17/U19 team with new hoodies at their tournament last weekend, and they wasted no time putting them to work.
The girls battled right to the end and lost by just one run in the semi-finals. Way to go, Chaos. We’re rooting for you all season long!

That "minor" collision might not be as minor as it looks. 👀

If any of these apply to your vehicle, get it inspected; your safety depends on it.
