Meet Piccione Amaro, our new small-batch botanical amaro made in collaboration with our friends at

It’s bitter, botanical, and a little mysterious.

Floral and herbal up front, rich through the middle, and finishes bitter, cooling, and structured. Think locally grown marigold, hyssop, yarrow, fennel, grapefruit, birch bark, wormwood, and garden herbs.

Drink it neat, pour it over ice, or let it bring a little Confluence x Pigeonhole fun to your next spritz, Negroni, or Boulevardier.

We’re really excited about this one.
